The holiday season is here, and it's all about joy, togetherness, and sharing festive surprises!

From December 1st to December 24th, our UGREEN Advent Giveaway brings daily gifts to brighten your days and spread holiday cheer. Each day holds a new surprise and a chance to win, so be sure to check our profile daily!

 

Event Information

  • UGREEN Advent Calendar - Together Makes Christmas (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by UGREEN (the “Sponsor” or the “brand” or “we” or “our” or “us”).
  • The prize pool is shared across three events: the UGREEN Advent Giveaway and TikTok Challenge (both on social media), plus the Christmas Market event at our booth in Berlin.The Giveaway is open to residents of the EU and UK aged 18 and over.

  • The giveaway runs from 00:00 local time, December 1st, 2025, to 23:59 local time, December 24th, 2025. Entries submitted before or after this Period will not be eligible.


Eligibility for Participation

Prize Settings

  • Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  • The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

 

Receipt of the prize

  • No cash equivalent or prize exchange available.
  • The Winner will be selected Randomly and daily by the Sponsor and announced on the following day at 10:00 AM CET on our Instagram story and in the comments.
  • Winners will be contacted via DM and must reply within 7 days, or a new winner will be selected. To send the prizes, we will collect your shipping information via Google Form
  • The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
  • If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

  • This Giveaway is not of a gambling nature.
  • The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Giveaway. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Giveaway and not to Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.
  • By entering the Giveaway you agree to release and hold harmless UGREEN and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Giveaway ; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such cases, the Sponsor will announce the relevant information via ugreen_de, ugreenfr, ugreen.uk, ugreen_esp. and no additional compensation will be provided to participants.
  • By participating in this Giveaway, you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right of final interpretation of this Terms and Conditions.
